Reduce heat to low. Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and barbecue sauce. Stir well and let mixture simmer for 2 minutes to combine flavors.

Evenly sprinkle shredded Colby Jack cheese over the beef mixture. Layer frozen Crispy Crowns or Tater Tots in a single layer on top.

Transfer skillet to preheated oven. Bake for 25 minutes or until Crispy Crowns or Tater Tots are golden brown and crunchy on top.
