Tangy beef and muenster cheese meet in a crispy quesadilla, creating a hearty and flavorful meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 16 ounces canned Manwich sloppy joe sauce, any flavor
02 - 1 1/3 pounds lean ground beef
03 - 8 6-inch flour tortillas
04 - 4 ounces muenster cheese, grated
05 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

→ Homemade Sloppy Joe Sauce (Alternative Option)

06 - 1/8 cup packed brown sugar
07 - 1/8 cup prepared yellow mustard
08 - 1/2 cup ketchup

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, combine brown sugar, mustard, and ketchup. Stir until fully incorporated.
02 - Place ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook, breaking up the meat, until thoroughly browned. Drain off excess fat and return beef to the skillet.
03 - Stir in either the prepared homemade sloppy joe sauce or the canned Manwich sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
04 - Place a clean skillet over medium heat. Add vegetable oil and heat until shimmering.
05 - Lay one flour tortilla in the heated skillet. Spoon a generous portion of the beef mixture onto the tortilla. Sprinkle with grated muenster cheese and place a second tortilla on top.
06 - Cook the assembled quesadilla for 3 to 4 minutes, pressing gently, until the underside is golden brown.
07 - Carefully flip the quesadilla and continue cooking for another 3 to 4 minutes, until the second side is browned and cheese is thoroughly melted.
08 - Repeat assembly and cooking steps with remaining tortillas, beef mixture, and cheese.
09 - Cut each quesadilla into wedges and serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal crispness, avoid overfilling tortillas and press gently during cooking.
