09 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
10 - 1 to 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

15 - 1 teaspoon paprika

17 - Black pepper to taste
18 - Garlic powder to taste
19 - Paprika to taste

# Steps:

01 - Peel, wash, and cut potatoes into uniform cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to coat evenly. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in an air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for approximately 20 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally until golden and crisp.
02 - While potatoes cook, brown ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking the meat apart. Season with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 additional minute until fragrant.
03 - Stir in Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and barbecue sauce. Reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened, maintaining a gentle bubble until potatoes are ready.
04 - Fold the crisp air-fried potatoes into the skillet with the Sloppy Joe mixture. Evenly top with shredded cheddar cheese. Place the skillet under the broiler for 1–2 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
05 - Spoon servings onto plates while hot and enjoy immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal crispness, ensure potatoes are cut to similar size and do not overcrowd in the air fryer.
