→ Marinade

02 - 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
06 - Zest of 1 lemon
07 - Juice of 1 lemon
08 - 1/4 cup olive oil
09 - 1 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Garnish (Optional)

11 - Lemon slices, for garnish
12 - Additional fresh herbs, chopped, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped parsley, rosemary, oregano, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir thoroughly to create an aromatic marinade.
02 - Arrange pork chops in a large resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the chops, ensuring even coverage. Seal or cover, refrigerate, and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably 3 to 4 hours.
03 - Preheat grill or a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from marinade and let excess liquid drip off.
04 - Grill or sear pork chops for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Adjust cooking time as necessary based on thickness.
05 - Transfer pork chops to a plate and rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with lemon slices and additional fresh herbs, if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavor, marinate pork chops overnight if time allows.
