Shrimp Grilled Cheese Garlic Bread (Print Version)

Tender shrimp with garlic butter and melted cheese are grilled between crispy golden bread slices.

01 - 4 slices thick-cut bread
02 - 0.5 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

03 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
04 - 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

05 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with salt and black pepper. Add melted butter and garlic, then sauté shrimp for 3–4 minutes until firm and pink. Transfer cooked shrimp to a plate.
02 - Brush each bread slice evenly with melted butter and sprinkle with additional minced garlic if desired.
03 - On two slices of bread, layer shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Evenly distribute sautéed shrimp over the cheese, then close each sandwich with the remaining bread slices.
04 - Place assembled sandwiches in the same skillet over medium heat. Grill for 4–5 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden and cheese is thoroughly melted.
05 - Remove sandwiches from the pan. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Allow sandwiches to rest for 1 minute before slicing to prevent loss of melted cheese.
