# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
02 - 0.5 cup cooked shrimp, finely chopped
03 - 0.5 cup cooked lump crab meat
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
05 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or cream cheese
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
10 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, lump crab meat, shredded cheese, mayonnaise or cream cheese, garlic powder, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended into a creamy seafood mixture.
02 - Flatten each biscuit round to approximately 4 to 5 inches in diameter. Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of seafood filling in the center of each round. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a filled biscuit pocket.
03 - Arrange the stuffed biscuits seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter to ensure a glossy, golden crust. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 13 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and fully puffed.
04 - Allow the biscuits to rest for several minutes after baking before serving to let the filling set. Serve warm to enjoy the molten, cheesy seafood center.
05 - Offer spicy aioli, garlic butter, or marinara sauce on the side for dipping to enhance the flavor experience.

# Notes:

01 - To prevent soggy bottoms, avoid overfilling the biscuits and fully seal the edges before baking.
