02 - 1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded cheese (such as cheddar or Mexican blend)
03 - 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
04 - 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
05 - 1/2 cup sliced onions
06 - 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) for optimal crispiness.
02 - Lightly coat a baking sheet with olive oil using a pastry brush or paper towel.
03 - Lay two flour tortillas flat on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are centered and slightly overlapping if needed.
04 - Distribute shredded cheese evenly across the tortillas, then layer with shredded cooked chicken, sliced bell peppers, sliced onions, and black beans.
05 - Lightly season the assembled fillings with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
06 - Place the remaining two flour tortillas over the fillings to fully encase and form quesadillas.
