Seafood Pasta with Shrimp & Crab (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 8 oz rotini, penne, or preferred pasta

→ Seafood

02 - 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
03 - 1 cup crab meat

→ Vegetables

04 - 1/2 cup chopped celery
05 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
06 - 1/4 cup diced red onion

→ Dressing

07 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
08 - 2 tbsp lemon juice
09 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
10 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Garnish

11 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
12 - Lemon wedges, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to halt the cooking process.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, shrimp, crab meat, celery, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Toss gently to mix.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
04 - Pour the dressing over the pasta and seafood mixture. Add the fresh dill and toss until well combined.
05 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve chilled with lemon wedges on the side.
