# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (2.6 ounce) pouch water-packed tuna, drained
02 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1 large egg
04 - Pinch of fine salt

# Steps:

01 - Preheat a mini waffle or chaffle maker until fully hot.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk the egg thoroughly until blended.
03 - Add the drained tuna, shredded mozzarella cheese, and salt to the bowl; stir until the mixture is uniformly combined.
04 - For a crisper texture, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of shredded cheese directly onto the waffle maker and allow to melt for 30 seconds before adding batter.
05 - Spoon approximately half of the batter into the center of the preheated waffle maker and close the lid. Cook for 4 minutes, or until golden and set.
06 - Remove the first chaffle carefully, then repeat the process with the remaining batter to yield the second chaffle.
