01 - 1 loaf white or whole wheat bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter
03 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
04 - 3 celery stalks, finely chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon dried sage
06 - 1 tablespoon dried thyme
07 - 2 cups chicken broth
08 - 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
09 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and celery, and sauté until both are tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
03 - Stir in the dried sage and dried thyme, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - In a large mixing bowl, combine cubed bread, sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, and chopped parsley. Season generously with salt and pepper, then mix thoroughly to ensure even moisture.
05 - Transfer the stuffing mixture into a greased baking dish. Spread evenly and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the surface is crisp and golden brown.
