Sausage and Sweet Potatoes (Print Version)

01 - 14 oz chicken or turkey sausage, cut into 1/2-in slices
02 - 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into 1/2-in cubes
03 - 2 cups broccoli, cut into 1/2-in florets
04 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
05 - 4 medium cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1/4 cup honey
07 - 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a large sheet pan and arrange sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli on it.
02 - In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium-heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar, then bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
03 - Drizzle the honey garlic sauce over sausage and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss everything until evenly coated and arrange in a single layer on the sheet pan.
04 - Roast sausage and vegetables at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes until vegetables are tender. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
