06 - 0.5 teaspoon fine salt
07 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
08 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

→ Cheese Topping

09 - 225 grams shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 115 grams shredded pepper Jack cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and lightly grease a round pizza pan. Unroll crescent dough and arrange triangles in a circular pattern, pressing seams together to create an even crust. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until golden brown.
02 - Prepare country gravy mix according to package instructions. Incorporate cooked sausage crumbles thoroughly and keep warm.
03 - Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add egg mixture and stir gently, cooking until softly set and creamy.
04 - Spread sausage gravy evenly over baked crust. Distribute scrambled eggs on top, followed by both shredded cheeses.
05 - Return pizza to oven and bake for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted, bubbly, and eggs are fully set. Allow pizza to rest for several minutes before slicing and serving.
