01 - 8 slices white bread or whole wheat bread, crusts removed
02 - 8 cooked breakfast sausage links
03 - 4 large eggs
04 - 1/2 cup whole milk
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
07 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

08 - Maple syrup, for drizzling
09 - Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Prepare the breakfast sausage links in a skillet or oven, following package instructions. Set aside once cooked.
02 - Remove the crusts from each bread slice. Use a rolling pin to flatten bread evenly.
03 - In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until fully combined.
04 - Place a cooked sausage link at one end of each bread slice and roll tightly. Secure with a toothpick if needed to hold shape.
05 - Dip each assembled roll-up into the egg mixture, coating all sides thoroughly.
06 - Melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook roll-ups, rotating occasionally, until evenly golden brown on all sides, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove toothpicks if used.
07 - Arrange warm roll-ups on a serving plate. Drizzle with maple syrup and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
