In a large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble the ground sausage until thoroughly browned. Drain excess fat and transfer sausage to a mixing bowl. Add softened cream cheese and mix until evenly blended.

Separate crescent roll dough into triangles. Place a heaping spoonful of sausage-cream cheese filling at the wide end of each triangle.
