01 - 1 pound breakfast sausage, mild or spicy
02 - 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 4 large eggs

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin thoroughly.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage, breaking it into crumbles as it browns. Drain excess grease.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth. Stir in the cooked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and Bisquick baking mix. Mix gently until just combined.
04 - Divide the mixture evenly between muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
05 - Bake for 20 minutes, or until the muffin tops are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
