# Ingredients:

→ Sausage Ball Mixture

01 - 1 pound spicy breakfast sausage, uncooked
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, drained
04 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine uncooked spicy breakfast sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes. Mix thoroughly until uniform.
03 - Add shredded cheddar cheese and Bisquick baking mix to the sausage mixture. Stir until the mixture is evenly combined.
04 - Scoop heaping tablespoonfuls of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place evenly on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
06 - Let cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to a serving platter. Serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing to help create a cohesive and easy-to-shape mixture.
