In a large mixing bowl, combine uncooked spicy breakfast sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes. Mix thoroughly until uniform.

Add shredded cheddar cheese and Bisquick baking mix to the sausage mixture. Stir until the mixture is evenly combined.

Scoop heaping tablespoonfuls of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place evenly on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
