# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 cups root beer
02 - 3 cups vanilla ice cream

# Steps:

01 - Pour root beer into a large measuring cup and refrigerate uncovered for 2 hours to allow carbonation to dissipate.
02 - Place vanilla ice cream in a medium mixing bowl and let sit at room temperature for 5 to 8 minutes, until slightly softened.
03 - Whisk the flat root beer into the softened ice cream until well blended and smooth.
04 - Pour the root beer and ice cream mixture evenly into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks.
05 - Freeze the filled molds for at least 4 hours or until fully solid.
06 - Quickly run the exterior of the molds under warm water and carefully remove the popsicles. Store in freezer until serving.

# Notes:

01 - Using flat root beer minimizes air pockets and ensures a smoother frozen texture.
