Rock Cod in Ginger Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds rock cod fish
02 - 1 teaspoon olive oil

→ Ginger Soy Sauce Marinade

03 - ⅓ cup honey
04 - ½ cup soy sauce
05 - ½ cup rice vinegar
06 - 1 garlic clove
07 - 1 2-inch piece fresh ginger
08 - ½ cup chopped parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Make the marinade by combining all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until well blended.
02 - Season the rock cod generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Pour most of the marinade over the fish, reserve a couple of tablespoons to drizzle over the cooked fish. Marinate from 30 to 1 hour.
03 - In a large skillet add the olive oil and sauté the fish for 3 minutes per side until golden.
04 - Drizzle remaining marinade over the fish and garnish with parsley (optional)
