01 - 4 ripe peaches, sliced into wedges
02 - 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (from approximately 3 large lemons)
03 - 1 cup granulated sugar, or substitute with honey or agave as desired
04 - 2 cups cold water, plus more as needed for blending

# Steps:

01 - Wash the peaches thoroughly and slice them into wedges.
02 - Extract juice from the lemons until you obtain 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, discarding seeds and pulp.
03 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar and 2 cups of water, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
04 - In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, fresh lemon juice, and the sweetened water. Blend until completely smooth and uniform.
05 - For a silkier texture, pass the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a serving pitcher, discarding any solids.
06 - Refrigerate the lemonade for a minimum of 30 minutes to ensure it is thoroughly chilled before serving.
07 - Serve over ice in glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves or additional peach slices if desired.
