Raspberry Brownies Chocolate Swirl (Print Version)

Rich brownies with bursts of raspberries and a swirl of fruity jam create an irresistible dessert.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 box brownie mix, plus eggs, oil, and water as specified on the packaging

→ Additions

02 - 1 cup fresh raspberries
03 - 2 tablespoons raspberry jam

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to the temperature recommended for an 8 x 8 inch pan. Coat the pan evenly with non-stick spray and set aside.
02 - Combine the brownie mix with eggs, oil, and water according to the instructions on the box until smooth.
03 - Gently fold 1 cup of raspberries into the prepared brownie batter.
04 - Drop small spoonfuls of raspberry jam over the surface of the batter. Swirl the jam into the batter using the tip of a knife to create a marbled effect.
05 - Lightly press extra raspberries onto the top of the batter.
06 - Bake as directed on the brownie mix package for an 8 x 8 inch pan, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
