03 - 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
04 - 2 1/2 cups water
05 - 2 cans (15 ounces each) crushed tomatoes
06 - 2 cans (15 ounces each) pinto beans, drained
07 - 1 can (15 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
08 - 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
09 - 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chiles

11 - 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
12 - 1 envelope (1 ounce) taco seasoning mix

02 - Add water, crushed tomatoes, pinto beans, corn, black beans, diced tomatoes with green chiles, sliced black olives, ranch dressing mix, and taco seasoning mix to the pot. Stir thoroughly to blend ingredients.
03 - Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low, and allow to simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to meld flavors.

# Notes:

01 - Customize with toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced avocado, fresh cilantro, or tortilla chips for added texture and flavor.
