Radish Pico de Gallo (Print Version)

Bright radishes, zesty lime, and fresh herbs combine for a crunchy, vibrant pico with a punch of flavor.

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables and Aromatics

01 - 1 cup radishes (approximately 4–6), finely chopped
02 - ½ red onion, finely diced
03 - 2 spring onions, finely diced
04 - ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
05 - ½ jalapeño, finely diced (optional)

→ Seasonings

06 - ½ teaspoon salt
07 - 2 tablespoons lime juice

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine chopped radishes, red onion, spring onions, cilantro, and jalapeño if desired.
02 - Add lime juice and salt to the bowl. Stir thoroughly to evenly incorporate all ingredients.
03 - Taste the mixture. Adjust seasoning with additional salt or lime juice if needed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
04 - Serve chilled. For optimal freshness, consume within one week of preparation.
