Tender steak, peppers and creamy cheese blend in a quick, bold skillet with fluffy rice.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups Minute Rice
02 - 2 cups chicken broth
03 - 1 packet fajita seasoning
04 - 8 ounces tomato sauce
05 - 3 bell peppers, sliced
06 - 1/2 yellow onion, diced
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 1 pound top sirloin, sliced into strips
09 - Gordo’s cheese dip, as desired

# Instructions:

01 - Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and sliced bell peppers, then sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly softened. Scatter sliced sirloin over the vegetables, sprinkle with fajita seasoning, and cook, stirring occasionally, until the steak reaches desired doneness.
02 - Pour in Minute Rice, chicken broth, and tomato sauce. Mix thoroughly to integrate all ingredients. Bring to a gentle simmer and follow the rice package instructions for cooking time, adjusting liquid as necessary if using a different rice variety.
03 - Once rice is tender and most liquid has evaporated, top skillet contents with generous spoonfuls of Gordo’s cheese dip. Allow cheese to melt into the mixture.
04 - Portion the hot skillet contents onto plates and serve immediately to enjoy optimal texture and flavor.

# Notes:

01 - Adjust steak doneness to preference; for a spicier dish, add extra fajita seasoning or sliced jalapeños.
