# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
02 - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
03 - 1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
04 - 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
05 - 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
06 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Toppings

07 - 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
08 - Pinch of ground cinnamon
09 - Crushed almonds

# Steps:

01 - In a mason jar or sealable container, whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until thoroughly mixed.
02 - Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes, then stir again to redistribute chia seeds and break up any clumps.
03 - Seal and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours to allow the pudding to thicken.
04 - Before serving, top with Greek yogurt, a pinch of cinnamon, and crushed almonds if desired.
