# Ingredients:

01 - 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
02 - 1/8 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/16 teaspoon baking soda
04 - 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
05 - 5 tablespoons water
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Toppings

07 - 1 1/2 tablespoons prepared pizza sauce
08 - 2 1/2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - Pinch dried Italian seasoning
10 - 6 to 8 mini pepperoni slices

# Steps:

01 - Add all-purpose flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder to a 12-ounce microwave-safe mug. Stir thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
02 - Pour water and olive oil into the mug. Whisk well until no dry spots remain and the batter is smooth.
03 - Spread pizza sauce evenly over the surface of the dough. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and dried Italian seasoning on top.
04 - Microwave the mug on high for 1 minute and 15 seconds until dough rises and firms.
05 - Carefully remove the mug from the microwave and place mini pepperoni slices on top.
06 - Return the mug to the microwave and cook for an additional 15 seconds. Allow to cool for 1 minute before enjoying.
