# Ingredients:

→ Bread and Toppings

01 - 2 slices white bread or sourdough or Texas toast
02 - 12 slices pepperoni

→ Cheese

03 - 3 slices mozzarella cheese or fresh mozzarella
04 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

→ Butter Blend

05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

→ Dipping Sauce

08 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara, warmed

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine softened unsalted butter with grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until evenly blended.
02 - Evenly spread the prepared butter mixture on one side of each bread slice.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium-low. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, onto the skillet surface.
04 - Arrange 1 mozzarella slice on bread, top with 6 pepperoni slices, add a second mozzarella slice, another 6 pepperoni slices, and finish with remaining mozzarella slice.
05 - Top sandwich with the second bread slice, buttered side facing up. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden and cheese fully melted.
06 - Cut sandwich as desired and serve immediately accompanied by warm pizza sauce for dipping.
