Pizza Enchiladas Beef Fusion (Print Version)

Mozzarella, beef, bacon, and pepperoni tucked in tortillas for a bold, cheesy fusion bake.

# Ingredients:

→ Hearty Filling

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1 cup diced yellow onion
03 - 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
04 - 3 ounces pepperoni, chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
06 - 1/3 cup pizza sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
08 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
09 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 1.5 ounces bacon, crumbled
11 - 8 large flour tortillas

→ Delicious Topping

12 - 2 cups pizza sauce
13 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
14 - 3 ounces pepperoni slices
15 - 1 ounce bacon, crumbled

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon, until evenly browned and fully cooked.
03 - Add diced onion, green bell pepper, and chopped pepperoni to the skillet. Sauté until vegetables are softened and pepperoni begins to render, about 5 to 7 minutes.
04 - Stir in chopped garlic and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant. Remove skillet from heat to prevent burning the garlic.
05 - Add pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, and 1.5 ounces crumbled bacon to the beef mixture. Mix thoroughly until creamy and evenly combined.
06 - Lay each flour tortilla flat and spoon filling along the center. Roll up tightly and set seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
07 - Pour remaining pizza sauce evenly over the enchiladas. Top with shredded mozzarella, arrange pepperoni slices, and sprinkle 1 ounce crumbled bacon across the surface.
08 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and golden brown around the edges.
09 - Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving to help the filling set for clean slices.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure tortillas are placed seam-side down to prevent them from opening during baking.
