Pistachio Dream Cookie Bars (Print Version)

Soft cookie bars with pistachio flavor and buttery richness, baked until lightly golden.

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Bar Base

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 3.4 ounces pistachio instant pudding mix
04 - 1 package sugar cookie mix

# Steps:

01 - Set oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) to preheat thoroughly.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, eggs, and pistachio instant pudding mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
03 - Gradually incorporate the sugar cookie mix into the wet mixture, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
04 - Lightly grease a 10 x 15-inch baking sheet. Evenly press the dough into the pan, spreading it all the way to the edges for uniform thickness.
05 - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the edges of the dough turn a light golden color.
06 - Allow the pan to cool completely. Once cooled, slice the baked cookie base into square bars and serve.

# Notes:

01 - For clean cuts, use a sharp knife and wait until the bars have reached room temperature.
