Set a fine-mesh sieve over a bowl, add yogurt, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Allow liquid to drain for 20 minutes.

Grate cucumber and watermelon radishes. Lightly salt and place in another sieve set over a bowl to drain excess moisture for 20 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine strained yogurt, drained cucumber and radish, grated garlic, lemon juice, and chopped dill.

Stir the mixture until fully blended. Taste and adjust salt if necessary.

Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with flaky salt if desired.
