Pink Radish Tzatziki Yogurt (Print Version)

Creamy Greek yogurt mixed with fresh radishes, cucumber, garlic, dill, and lemon for a vibrant dip.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (8 oz) plain Greek yogurt
02 - 1 cucumber, grated
03 - 2 watermelon radishes, grated
04 - 2 garlic cloves, grated

→ Fresh Herbs & Seasonings

05 - Handful of fresh dill, chopped
06 - Juice of 1/2 lemon
07 - Salt, for straining and seasoning
08 - Olive oil, for drizzling

# Instructions:

01 - Set a fine-mesh sieve over a bowl, add yogurt, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Allow liquid to drain for 20 minutes.
02 - Grate cucumber and watermelon radishes. Lightly salt and place in another sieve set over a bowl to drain excess moisture for 20 minutes.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine strained yogurt, drained cucumber and radish, grated garlic, lemon juice, and chopped dill.
04 - Stir the mixture until fully blended. Taste and adjust salt if necessary.
05 - Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with flaky salt if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For a thicker dip, extend straining time for both yogurt and vegetables.
