# Ingredients:

01 - 5 fluid ounces pineapple juice
02 - 1 fluid ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
03 - Ice cubes or crushed ice

04 - Granulated sugar for rimming
05 - Lemon wedge for rimming and garnish

06 - ½ fluid ounce simple syrup or honey
07 - Splash of sparkling water

# Steps:

01 - Run a lemon wedge around the rim of the serving glass, then dip the edge into granulated sugar to create a sugared rim.
02 - In a cocktail shaker, add pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and any optional simple syrup or orange juice concentrate.
03 - Fill the shaker with ice cubes or crushed ice. Seal and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds until well chilled.
04 - Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice. Top with a splash of sparkling water if desired.
05 - Garnish with a lemon wedge or pineapple wedge before serving immediately.
