Pineapple-Habanero Hot Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5-6 habanero peppers, coarsely chopped
02 - 2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
03 - 1 handful cilantro leaves, rinsed
04 - Juice from 1 lime
05 - 1 cup white vinegar
06 - ½ teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
02 - Transfer mixture to a pot and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
03 - Allow mixture to cool completely. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if desired for a smoother consistency.
04 - Pour into sterilized bottles and refrigerate until ready to use.
