01 - 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
02 - 1 can (about 20 ounces) crushed pineapple with juice
03 - 1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
04 - 2 cups mini marshmallows
05 - 1 cup shredded coconut, sweetened or unsweetened
06 - 1 cup chopped pecans

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix together with the crushed pineapple and its juice until the pudding is completely dissolved and mixture is well blended.
02 - Gently fold in the whipped topping, taking care to maintain the light, fluffy consistency.
03 - Add mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans. Fold until each component is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
04 - Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for a minimum of 2 hours, up to 4 hours, to allow flavors to meld and the texture to set.
05 - Before serving, optionally garnish with additional crushed pineapple, pecans, mini marshmallows, or a light sprinkle of shredded coconut.
