01 - 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
02 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
03 - 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
04 - 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut, plus additional for coating
05 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
06 - Holiday-themed sprinkles for garnish

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple, graham cracker crumbs, sweetened condensed milk, 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut, and vanilla extract until the mixture is homogeneous.
02 - Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, or until the mixture is firm and workable.
03 - Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the chilled mixture and roll between your palms to form a compact ball. Repeat with remaining mixture.
04 - Roll each pineapple ball in a shallow dish of shredded coconut, pressing gently to coat. Top each ball with red and green holiday sprinkles for a festive finish.
05 - Arrange finished balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow them to set.
