# Ingredients:

→ Ham

01 - 1 pre-cooked ham, bone-in or boneless, approximately 8 to 10 pounds

→ Glaze

02 - 1 cup pineapple juice
03 - 1/2 cup light brown sugar
04 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
05 - 1/4 cup honey
06 - 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

→ To serve

07 - 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks, drained

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 325°F and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Using a sharp knife, carefully score the surface of the ham in a crosshatch pattern.
03 - In a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, light brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
04 - Place the ham in a roasting pan and pour the prepared glaze evenly over the surface.
05 - Roast the ham uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes, occasionally basting with pan juices, until thoroughly heated and the exterior is caramelized.
06 - Carve the ham into slices and serve hot with fresh pineapple chunks and reserved glaze.

# Notes:

01 - Use a meat thermometer to confirm internal temperature reaches 140°F for pre-cooked hams.
