# Ingredients:

→ Beef Mixture

01 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
02 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
03 - 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
04 - 1 pound ground beef

→ Toppings and Assembly

05 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
06 - 1 cup lettuce, shredded
07 - 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
08 - 4 burger buns
09 - 4 slices beef bacon
10 - 4 pineapple slices

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, black pepper, and sea salt. Blend thoroughly, then portion and shape into four even patties.
03 - Place beef bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat and cook until crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain excess fat.
04 - Arrange patties on the prepared baking pan and place in oven. Bake for 15 minutes.
05 - After 15 minutes, add pineapple slices to the pan alongside patties. Continue baking for an additional 5 minutes.
06 - To assemble, spread barbecue sauce on cut sides of burger buns. Layer each bun with shredded lettuce, a cooked beef patty, crisp beef bacon, roasted pineapple, and sliced red onion. Serve immediately.
