Classic Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main components

01 - 450 grams ground beef
02 - 60 grams breadcrumbs
03 - 25 grams grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 60 milliliters milk
05 - 1 medium onion, diced
06 - 1 green bell pepper, diced
07 - 225 grams sliced mushrooms
08 - 100 grams shredded provolone cheese
09 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C and lightly grease a standard loaf pan.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, salt, and pepper until well incorporated.
03 - Transfer the meat blend to the prepared loaf pan, pressing it firmly and forming a shallow channel down the center.
04 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms until softened and aromatic, then remove from heat.
05 - Spread sautéed vegetables evenly into the center well of the meatloaf. Distribute shredded provolone cheese over the top.
06 - Place in the preheated oven and bake for 60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 70°C and meat is thoroughly cooked through.
07 - Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

# Notes:

01 - Allowing the loaf to rest after baking ensures slices hold together for clean serving.
