# Ingredients:

01 - 4 hoagie rolls or baguettes

02 - 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced

05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

07 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
08 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
11 - Salt and black pepper to taste

12 - 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
13 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
14 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange hoagie rolls or baguettes on a baking sheet.
02 - In a small bowl, combine unsalted butter, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Evenly spread the garlic butter inside each roll.
03 - Toast the prepared rolls in the preheated oven for 5 to 7 minutes until golden and crispy.
04 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced ribeye steak and cook, turning occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes until browned. Season with salt and black pepper.
05 - Add sliced onion and, if using, bell pepper to the same skillet. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until softened and caramelized.
06 - Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce to the skillet. Sauté for 1 to 2 minutes, then remove skillet from heat.
07 - Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the inside of each toasted roll.
08 - Distribute steak, onion, and pepper mixture evenly onto each roll.
09 - Layer provolone cheese over steak mixture. Return assembled sandwiches to oven for 3 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
10 - Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
