# Ingredients:

→ Dough and Filling

01 - 1 pound pizza dough
02 - 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak or sirloin steak
03 - 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
04 - 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

→ Cheese

05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1 cup shredded provolone cheese

→ Seasoning

07 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Optional Garnishes

11 - Grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
12 - Red chili flakes, for garnish
13 - Dipping sauces such as ranch, marinara, or spicy mayo

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil. Add sliced onions and green bell peppers and sauté for 4–5 minutes until softened. Add the thinly sliced steak and cook for an additional 4–5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Season generously with salt and black pepper. Allow mixture to cool slightly.
03 - Place pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and roll into a large rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
04 - Distribute the cooked steak, onions, and peppers evenly down the center of the dough. Top with mozzarella and provolone cheese.
05 - Fold the long sides of the dough over the filling to fully enclose it. Pinch the edges to seal, then gently roll so the seam faces down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Combine melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the top of the dough. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and red chili flakes for extra flavor.
07 - Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the exterior is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
08 - Allow breadsticks to cool slightly, then slice into individual sticks. Serve warm with dipping sauces of choice.

# Notes:

01 - Letting the steak and vegetable mixture cool before filling the dough prevents excess moisture and ensures a crisp crust.
