01 -
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02 -
Place the buttery round crackers in a single layer, flat side up, on the prepared baking sheet.
03 -
Spoon approximately 1/2 teaspoon of pizza sauce onto each cracker, spreading gently and leaving a small border.
04 -
Sprinkle a pinch of shredded mozzarella over the sauce. Add a pepperoni slice to each cracker. For extra flavor, top with a bit more mozzarella or Parmesan cheese.
05 -
Lightly dust the assembled crackers with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.
06 -
Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly golden. Monitor closely to prevent over-browning.
07 -
Remove the tray from the oven and let the crackers cool for 2–3 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh basil or parsley and an extra sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
08 -
Arrange on a platter and serve with extra pizza sauce or marinara sauce for dipping.
