Crackers with pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni—baked to golden, savory perfection with cheesy goodness.

# Ingredients:

→ Crackers Base

01 - 1 box (13.7 oz) buttery round crackers

→ Sauce and Cheese

02 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
03 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Pepperoni and Seasonings

04 - 30-40 small pepperoni slices
05 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

→ Garnish and Serving

09 - Fresh basil or parsley, finely chopped
10 - Extra Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
11 - Extra pizza sauce or marinara sauce for dipping

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02 - Place the buttery round crackers in a single layer, flat side up, on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Spoon approximately 1/2 teaspoon of pizza sauce onto each cracker, spreading gently and leaving a small border.
04 - Sprinkle a pinch of shredded mozzarella over the sauce. Add a pepperoni slice to each cracker. For extra flavor, top with a bit more mozzarella or Parmesan cheese.
05 - Lightly dust the assembled crackers with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly golden. Monitor closely to prevent over-browning.
07 - Remove the tray from the oven and let the crackers cool for 2–3 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh basil or parsley and an extra sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
08 - Arrange on a platter and serve with extra pizza sauce or marinara sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, do not overload the crackers with sauce to maintain crispness.
02 - Crackers brown quickly in the final minutes, so keep a close watch during baking.
