# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

04 - 40 to 50 slices pepperoni

05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - Red pepper flakes, optional

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese. Add Italian seasoning and garlic powder; mix thoroughly. Incorporate red pepper flakes if desired.
03 - If pepperoni slices are large, slice them in half. Place pepperoni in a single, even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Distribute the seasoned cheese mixture evenly over each pepperoni slice.
05 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted, edges are golden, and pepperoni slices are crisp.
06 - Remove from oven and let cool for several minutes, then transfer crisps to a rack to cool completely. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
