# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup packed brown sugar
02 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
04 - 2/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
05 - 2 large eggs

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and allow it to come to temperature.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, all-purpose flour, and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
03 - In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then stir in melted butter until fully incorporated.
04 - Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and fold gently just until combined. Do not overmix.
05 - Coat a mini muffin pan lightly with nonstick spray or melted butter.
06 - Fill each mini muffin cup approximately two-thirds full with batter.
07 - Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the tops are set and golden brown.
08 - Remove pan from oven, let muffins cool briefly, then carefully lift out to serve warm or at room temperature.
