Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bites (Print Version)

Creamy peanut butter, tangy yogurt, and chocolate make delightful frozen bites for a quick treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
02 - 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
03 - 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
04 - 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup

→ Coating

05 - 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
06 - 1 teaspoon coconut oil
07 - Flaky sea salt, for garnish (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup. Whisk together until the mixture is completely smooth.
02 - Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Scoop the mixture using a tablespoon measure, spacing evenly on the tray. Place tray in the freezer and chill until the bites are firm, about 10 to 20 minutes.
03 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted and glossy.
04 - Remove the frozen bites from the freezer. Dip each bite into the melted chocolate to fully coat, or drizzle chocolate over the top. Immediately sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
05 - Return bites to the freezer for an additional 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm and set.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, ensure bites are fully frozen before dipping in chocolate to prevent melting.
