# Ingredients:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - 1/2 cup butter, softened to room temperature
02 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
03 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar, plus extra for rolling
04 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
05 - 1 large egg

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
07 - 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

→ Topping

09 - 36 Hershey's Kisses, unwrapped

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F. Get your cookie sheets ready - no need to grease them.
02 - In a big bowl, cream together your softened butter, peanut butter, and both sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in the egg until well combined. Gradually stir in the flour, baking soda, and baking powder until everything comes together into a nice dough.
03 - Roll the dough into 1-inch balls, then give them a good roll in some extra sugar to coat. Place them on your cookie sheets about 2 inches apart.
04 - Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are just turning golden brown. As soon as they come out, press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each warm cookie. Transfer to a cooling rack right away.

# Notes:

01 - Using a cookie scoop helps get evenly sized cookies that bake uniformly
02 - Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 1-2 minutes before adding chocolate kisses
03 - These cookies freeze well for up to 3 months in an airtight container
