# Ingredients:

→ For the Patties

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ For Assembly

03 - 1 large onion, thinly sliced
04 - 8 slices rye bread
05 - 4 slices Swiss cheese
06 - 4 slices cheddar cheese
07 - Butter for grilling

→ For Secret Sauce

08 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
09 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
10 - 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
11 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Set aside
02 - Cook sliced onions in butter over medium heat until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes
03 - Form beef into 4 thin patties, season with salt and pepper, and cook 3-4 minutes per side
04 - Butter rye bread slices. Layer Swiss cheese, patty, onions, and cheddar between bread slices
05 - Cook assembled sandwiches until golden brown and cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes per side
