Passionfruit Iced Black Tea (Print Version)

Chilled black tea with passionfruit, sweetened and served over ice for a cool, fruity refreshment.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 black or green tea bags
02 - 3 cups (720 ml) boiling water
03 - 80 g granulated sugar
04 - 120 ml passion fruit pulp

# Steps:

01 - Place tea bags or loose tea in an infuser inside a heatproof pitcher. Add boiling water and granulated sugar. Stir thoroughly until sugar dissolves and allow to steep for 3 to 7 minutes, adjusting for desired tea strength.
02 - Extract tea bags or tea infuser from the pitcher and discard.
03 - Pour in the passion fruit pulp, then stir to integrate flavors evenly.
04 - Sample the tea and add additional sugar or more passion fruit juice or pulp as preferred, stirring until dissolved.
05 - Pour tea into tall glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh lemon slices for serving.

# Notes:

01 - For a more pronounced fruit flavor, substitute part of the water with passion fruit juice or adjust pulp quantity according to personal preference.
