# Ingredients:

→ Vinaigrette Base

01 - 120 ml freshly grated Parmesan cheese
02 - 60 ml white wine vinegar
03 - 1 to 2 cloves garlic, peeled
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes
06 - 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
08 - 15 ml honey or maple syrup
09 - 120 ml extra virgin olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Place Parmesan cheese, white wine vinegar, garlic cloves, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, kosher salt, black pepper, and honey in a blender or small food processor.
02 - Blend the mixture on medium speed until thoroughly combined and the garlic is finely incorporated.
03 - With the blender running on low, gradually pour in the olive oil in a steady stream until the vinaigrette is smooth and emulsified.
04 - Taste the vinaigrette and add more salt, pepper, or honey as needed to balance flavor.
05 - Transfer to a clean jar or bottle, seal tightly, and refrigerate until use.
