Parmesan Garlic Baked Shrimp (Print Version)

Tender shrimp baked in garlic butter, topped with golden Parmesan and breadcrumbs, finished with fresh parsley.

# Ingredients:

→ Shrimp

01 - 1.1 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Sauce

02 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - Salt, to taste

→ Topping

08 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

→ Finish

11 - Juice of 1/2 lemon

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
02 - Place the shrimp in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
03 - In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
04 - Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the shrimp to coat.
05 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp, followed by the breadcrumbs.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
07 - For a golden top, broil for 1 to 2 minutes at the end until topping is crisp and golden brown.
08 - Remove from the oven. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
