Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 ripe bananas, cut into 1/2-inch slices
02 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
03 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
04 - 2 tablespoons raw honey or regular honey

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the cinnamon, butter and honey in a frying pan over medium-high heat until melted and well incorporated.
02 - Add the banana slices and cook for 4 minutes until the bottoms caramelize and turn golden brown. Adjust heat as needed to prevent burning.
03 - Turn all banana slices and cook for another 4 minutes until the second side is golden brown.
04 - Serve immediately over ice cream, yogurt, pancakes or french toast for best flavor and texture.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, use bananas that are ripe but still firm enough to hold their shape when sliced and cooked
