01 - 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
02 - 1 large onion, thinly sliced

→ Seasoning and garnish

03 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste
08 - Chopped fresh parsley, optional, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 220°C and allow it to come to full temperature.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced potatoes and onions.
03 - Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and onions, sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, then toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
04 - Spread the mixture out onto a baking sheet in a single, even layer.
05 - Place in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, turning the vegetables halfway through, until they are cooked through and golden brown on the edges.
06 - Remove from the oven. If desired, scatter chopped parsley over the top and serve hot.
