# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 box brownie mix
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 1/3 cup vegetable oil
04 - 1/3 cup whole milk

→ Decorative and Layering Ingredients

05 - 1 package Oreo cookies with orange creme (approx. 14.3 oz, about 36 cookies)
06 - 1 can (16 oz) milk chocolate frosting
07 - 1 can (16 oz) white or vanilla frosting
08 - 1 teaspoon orange food coloring gel

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a 9x9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing an overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and milk. Whisk until the mixture is homogenous and no dry pockets remain.
03 - Pour brownie batter into prepared pan. Arrange a single layer of Oreo cookies over the batter, gently pressing each cookie partially into the surface.
04 - Bake in the center of the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
05 - Twist apart 10 Oreo cookies and scrape out the orange creme centers. In a bowl, mix the creme centers with white frosting and orange food coloring gel until a smooth, vibrant orange frosting forms.
06 - Spread orange frosting evenly over the completely cooled brownies. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the layer to set.
07 - Once set, spread milk chocolate frosting evenly over the orange layer. Crush the remaining Oreo cookies and sprinkle over the top.
08 - Lift brownies out using parchment overhang. Cut into 3x2-inch squares with a sharp knife. Serve at room temperature.

# Notes:

01 - For clean layers, ensure each frosting layer is well chilled before adding the next.
