01 -
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a 9x9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing an overhang for easy removal.
02 -
In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and milk. Whisk until the mixture is homogenous and no dry pockets remain.
03 -
Pour brownie batter into prepared pan. Arrange a single layer of Oreo cookies over the batter, gently pressing each cookie partially into the surface.
04 -
Bake in the center of the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
05 -
Twist apart 10 Oreo cookies and scrape out the orange creme centers. In a bowl, mix the creme centers with white frosting and orange food coloring gel until a smooth, vibrant orange frosting forms.
06 -
Spread orange frosting evenly over the completely cooled brownies. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the layer to set.
07 -
Once set, spread milk chocolate frosting evenly over the orange layer. Crush the remaining Oreo cookies and sprinkle over the top.
08 -
Lift brownies out using parchment overhang. Cut into 3x2-inch squares with a sharp knife. Serve at room temperature.
